Gemma joins e3Scientific this month, bringing experience in environmental geochemistry, contaminated land, mine waste management, and environmental research. Her background spans consultancy, laboratory management, and academic research, providing her with a strong foundation in environmental investigations, data interpretation, and technical reporting.
Gemma holds a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) in Geology from the University of St Andrews, and a PhD in Geology from the University of Otago. She enjoys applying her technical expertise to real-world environmental challenges and works closely with clients to deliver practical, science-based solutions. Her experience in field investigations, environmental sampling, risk assessment, and contaminated land studies enables her to support a wide range of projects across New Zealand.
