🌿 Welcome Back, Rebecca Teele! 🌿

We’re thrilled to announce that Rebecca Teele has re-joined our team as Technical Director – Terrestrial Ecology, based out of our Arrowtown office.

Rebecca brings over a decade of experience in ecological assessment, restoration planning, and conservation management across both public and private sectors. From leading large-scale predator control and conducting Ecological Impact Assessments for a range of land-use activities, her depth of knowledge is a tremendous asset to our work.

As Technical Director, Rebecca will oversee our terrestrial ecology projects nationwide, providing expert guidance, certifying reports, and mentoring the next generation of ecologists. Her qualifications include a BSc and MSc in Ecology from the University of Otago, and she is a Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP).

Her leadership, commitment to biodiversity, and passion for science-based solutions make her a vital part of our team—and we couldn’t be happier to have her back.
